This Cannot Be...
Plot: The prince of demons knows traitors surround him and many would like to kill him and take his place on the throne. Tired of being constantly paranoid, he sets out to a slave market he knows of that sells loyal slaves. In fact, these slaves, when brought up for sale, are a bit different from other, regular, slaves. They remain loyal because at the sales they get to choose their owner, and if there is no one they like, or the chosen owner does not accept them, they simply wait for the next sale. After the sale a spell is cast binding the two together until the death of the other or the owner breaks the spell. This way the slave is bound to never betray the owner. So this is where the demon prince sets off to find a slave, a single person he will know he can trust. But…will the slave he finds remain simply loyal to him? Or fall in love with him?
